Follow a Development Program

Aegon has developed four different Development Programs for those entering the job market: Data Science, IT, Technical and a Financial Development Program. These programs give you a head start and ensure rapid progress in your professional and personal development. Content and personal development are central to the program. Together with other starters, you will carry out various assignments, different functions and follow (hard skills and soft skills) training courses. You can also gain experience at different business units, such as the Corporate Centre, Aegon Asset Management, Knab or at one of our foreign branches.
