Het The Amsterdam Executive programme in Actuarial Science (AEMAS) has once again completed a fine academic season. January 24 of this year, fifteen students finished their postmaster Actuarial Practice Cycle and can now become members of the AG (Actuariaat Genootschap)
The postmaster Actuarial Practice Cycle is the final part of the AEMAS educational programme. It is credited by the AG and managing director drs. Ir. Jeroen Breen AAG was present at the festive closing of the programme. Actuaries with an AEMAS education possess both the technical knowledge embedded in math, statistics, econometrics and finance, but also all the necessary communicative, reporting and management skills as well as the ethical background of our work.
The new actuaries are both from an academically and practical perspective perfectly prepared for the requirements of financial risk management at the highest level. After gaining two years of work experience, they can acquire the AG-title.
