SUMMARY:Analytics Academy | Kick-Off
DESCRIPTION:The first round of the Analytics Academy will soon begin! When 
 you join the Analytics Academy you will work in a group of four students o
 n a case for a non-profit organisation. These non-profits will provide you
  with a real problem and their available data. From October till December 
 you will work approximately 3-4 hours per week on the case\, ending in an 
 evening where the different groups present their findings in a presentatio
 n to the companies. The Analytics Academy is a unique opportunity to star
 t bringing your theoretical skills into practice in a way that will not on
 ly be fun but will also teach you a lot! If you want to know more\, we hav
 e organised an evening where the companies will shortly present their case
 s and participants from last year will share their experiences. Afterwards
  we will all have (free!!) drinks and you can ask the companies and studen
 ts from last years Analytics Academy some questions. This Analytics Acade
 my Kick-off will take place on Monday the 25th of September from 17:00. Th
 is evening is only to show you what the Analytics Academy is about\, even 
 if you are not interested in joining this round\, but want to orientate fo
 r the next round (Feb-May) you are welcome to join the evening. Hope to s
 ee you there! Note: To join the Analytics Academy you have to be a 2nd yea
 rs or higher Econometrics\, Actuarial Science or Business Analytics studen
 t\, and a member of the VSAE.
