Omschrijving
About us
As part of Mercer, RemuNet delivers market intelligence based strategic People advisory. We
support the world’s leading airlines, law firms, and multinational companies in making data
driven decisions on pay, performance, and productivity. Our work spans people strategy,
compensation and benefits, organisational design, and job architecture. Always grounded in
analytical rigour.
You’ll be part of a small, expert team within a global consulting powerhouse, working at the
intersection of HR strategy and advanced analytics.
The role
As a working student, you will support our consultants across the full project cycle. From
validating and aggregating data to preparing insights for client delivery. You will build a deep
understanding of how global organisations benchmark pay, structure rewards, and optimise
performance. This is real consulting work, with real impact.
What we’re looking for
- Final-phase Bachelor or Master student in Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a similar field
- Strong analytical and numerical skills; precise, structured, and curious
- Advanced Excel skills (arrays, logic functions, nested formulas — beyond pivot tables)
- PowerPoint experience, ideally with client-style slide production
- Consulting mindset: proactive, communicative, and comfortable with deadlines
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
- Available at least two days per week with in-office presence (office in the Houthavens)
What we offer
- A steep learning curve and meaningful project exposure
- The chance to work with international, high-profile clients
- A role that combines data, strategy, and business insight
- A close-knit, supportive team where your contribution matters
- A beautiful office overlooking the old Houthavens, complete with pool table and Friday drinks
