Purpose of the job

As an GenAI Intern, you will join the Data & Technology (D&T) department to explore and implement generative AI applications in the investment management value chain. You will collaborate closely with portfolio managers, analysts, client servicing teams to co-create solutions that enhance investment research, client reporting, and decision-making through innovative AI technologies. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of finance, data, and cutting-edge AI, while contributing to Anthos’ mission of long-term, values-based asset management.

The Team

Data & Technology is a dynamic and highly motivated team dedicated to developing an innovative and purpose driven digital asset management ecosystem. Our team is comprised of individuals with diverse backgrounds, cultures, and a wide array of skills and experience, spanning across Data Engineering, Data Analytics (BI, AI, GenAI), Digital, and Client Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, scope, and prototype GenAI use cases for investment research and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with analysts and portfolio managers to understand their use cases and design AI-enabled solutions.
  • Build and test prompt engineering approaches, chat agents, and automation workflows to support the identified use cases.
  • Support in developing knowledge bases and structured data integrations for GenAI applications.
  • Document findings, create demos, and present solutions to stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on GenAI and fintech trends, and assess applicability for Anthos.

Experience Education

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Econometrics, or related field.
  • Strong interest in investment management and financial markets.
  • Familiarity with GenAI tools, large language models, or NLP is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Python, Power Platform, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and problem-solving mindset.

Skills

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn and experiment with new technologies.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).

Additional information

  • You will report to Head of Data & Technology.
  • Valid EU work permit required.
  • Adaptable for both office and remote work.
  • Duration: 4–6 months (internship or part-time working student arrangement).
  • Start date: as soon as possible, Ideally 1 st October 2025.
